HR & Office Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day culture, office logistics, and people ops processes. This is a hybrid role with a wide scope, perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of a company's day-to-day energy.
What You’ll Do
People Operations & HR Support
- Coordinate and support the onboarding and offboarding process, including equipment, documentation, and scheduling
- Manage HR systems and tools (e.g., benefits, HRIS, ATS, etc.)
- Support benefits administration, HR documentation, and compliance-related tasks
- Assist with performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and trainings
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple teams; ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Support special projects related to company growth, culture, and operations
Office & Workplace Management
- Oversee the daily operations and supply inventory of our physical office, including snacks/beverages, vendors, mail, supplies, and other essentials.
- Plan and execute team events (on-site and off-site), including all-hands meetings, holiday parties, team outings, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as point person for facility management issues (mail, cleaning, maintenance).
- Foster a positive, energetic workplace culture through thoughtful details and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in people operations or office management role (startup experience a plus).
- Exceptionally organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Tech-savvy: skilled in Google Workspace, Slack, and HR or ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Trinet).
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and a thriving workplace.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including equity, health benefits, retirement plans, and others described above. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices.
While the range aligns with the posted job description, we're open to various experience levels. If the role evolves based on the candidate, we’ll adjust and communicate the salary range accordingly.
