This is a fulltime position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters 5-days a week.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, budget, and follow-up of marketing events.
- Lead project management of event deliverables including production, design, speakers, content, and sponsorships.
- Spearhead promotional initiatives both internally and externally to drive awareness and engagement.
- Be accountable for event registration and attendance metrics, and optimize accordingly.
- Coordinate onsite staff schedules, travel logistics, and roles/responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary logistical and technical lead during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time.
- Stay on top of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance impact.
- Manage multiple event programs simultaneously across formats and audiences.
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and management, ideally in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful events from start to finish.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing tactical execution while juggling multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, self-starting mindset and collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
While not required, it is an added plus if you have:
- HubSpot familiarity.
- Experience at a Series A or B SaaS startup.
The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $90,000-$118,000.
