We are working with a leading middle market private equity firm, who are currently seeking an Investment Associate to join its Austin office.
Role Overview:
- Work across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, execution, and portfolio support
- Contribute to investment memos and strategic initiatives alongside Partners and VPs
- Direct interaction with founders, management teams, and third-party diligence providers
- Role based in Austin, with cross-office collaboration on deals
- 3 days in-office (Mon–Wed)
Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or top-tier consulting (PE-focused CDD work preferred)
- Exposure to M&A or relevant coverage groups ideal
- Strong financial modeling skills and commercial intuition
- Professional, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a team-oriented, hands-on environment
