Serve as Senior Project Manager for the Invoice Tracking System replacement project, working with both program and IT teams.
Facilitate meetings, manage project milestones, deliverables, change requests, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
Oversee risk and issue management, project budget tracking, project scope management, and various reporting activities.
Develop and manage project plans, document risks, issues, and contingency plans for large organization implementations.
Research, analyze, and devise solutions to complex problems and prepare concise reports.
Supervise the development of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) artifacts, ensuring business requirements are translated to technical specifications.
Maintain and foster strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders through effective communication and presentations.
Summarize, escalate, and report project issues, provide weekly status updates, and conduct regular project team meetings.
Work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Apply Agile methodologies, oversee feature-driven sprints, track development progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
