Vallum Associates are partnered with a growing national engineering and architecture firm with 200+ employees and a strong public-sector presence, particularly in aviation and transportation.
They recently secured a major national facilities program spanning 30,000+ sites and are rapidly scaling. This role reports to the COO and will support delivery of large-scale architecture, engineering, and program management projects.
Position Requirements
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with USPS facility design criteria and technical standards
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience in project/design/construction management of commercial or public-sector projects over $100K
- Familiarity with the Design-Build delivery method
- Experience using BIM tools
- Exposure to LEED-certified projects
