DESCRIPTION As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with building the Celsius Brand by overseeing existing distributors and subordinates in your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include researching and selling to distributors within your territory, as well as assigning, training, motivating, managing, and evaluating the business activities of Celsius employees and distributors. You will develop sales objectives, prepare, and execute product programs, and continuously analyze and evaluate the status of the company's products and the competitive environment.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 + years' experience in sales and management, preferably in the beverage and/or consumer products industry
- Extensive travel within geography required as well as working long, flexible hours, including nights and weekends (as necessary)
- Prior experience leading and managing sales team in the CPG space is required
- Ability to organize and lead Distributor Teams successfully
- Ability to organize, train and lead Celsius Employees successfully
- Excellent driving record and insurance required
- Ability to use Excel, email, and PowerPoint as sales tools
- Personal vehicle and cell phone use, if necessary
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to give DAILY reports to your VP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization
- Work well both independently and as a team
- Strategic, competitive, and committed to success
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of bending, lifting, standing, and walking
- Must be able (with or without accommodation) to bend and lift to set up displays, adjust shelves during resets, move product, etc
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, at times
- Moderate travel is required, must be able to travel within the assigned territory including potential overnight travel
