Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organised Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our on-site marketing team. You’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with set-up, coordination, and breakdown of on-site marketing events
- Support the events team with logistics, materials, and promotional merchandise
- Greet and engage attendees, delivering brand messages with confidence and clarity
- Help monitor and track event performance and customer feedback
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence at all times during client campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and events team to ensure smooth execution
- Troubleshoot minor issues during events and escalate concerns as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manhattan, NY – on-site work only
