Executive Personal Assistant – Music Management & Entrepreneur

Location: NYC-based (preferred) but open to the right candidate in any location, provided they are highly accessible and in close contact throughout the day

Compensation: $90K – $150K DOE

TRAVEL as well if open

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and growth-minded Executive Personal Assistant to support a young, fast-moving CEO in music management, publishing, technology, and entertainment ventures. This role requires someone who is both detail-oriented and operationally strong, while also able to think strategically, contribute ideas, and grow into a broader managerial role over time.

ENTERTAINMENT experience is a PLUS

Key Responsibilities

Provide seamless administrative and personal support across multiple business verticals, including music management, publishing, technology, and media production.

Maintain constant communication and accessibility to match the CEO’s fast-paced schedule and priorities.

Manage daily operations, calendars, travel, expenses, and correspondence with discretion and precision.

Create systems and infrastructure that allow the CEO and the team to operate efficiently.

Act as a thought partner—offering suggestions, brainstorming, and providing a sounding board for new ideas.

Support business development initiatives, including partnerships, music placements, TV projects, and theme park ventures.

Serve as a key liaison with staff, talent, and external partners.

Travel as needed, sometimes at short notice, ensuring logistics and scheduling are always seamless.

Ideal Candidate

Hyper-focused and adaptable—able to keep pace with a high-energy, entrepreneurial CEO.

Experienced in administrative support, but eager to grow into a managerial role.

Entertainment industry background preferred (music management, publishing, production, or related).

Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and building ideas.

Resourceful, proactive, and unflappable in high-pressure environments.

Comfortable maintaining constant availability and discretion at all times.
