As a ConstructionProject Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing multi-million-dollar architectural masterpieces from inception to completion. With over a decade of success, this firm is trusted by high-end clients to deliver bespoke homes with budgets ranging from $10M to $80M, totaling over $250M in active projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex residential construction projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Gantt chart creation
- Review, markup, and coordination of architectural, engineering, and technical plans
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules from start to finish
- Manage RFPs and contracts for consultants, and oversee general contractor buyouts
- Lead client and consultant communications, including meetings and reporting
- Conduct site visits and documentation across multiple projects
- Handle invoice review and ongoing project correspondence
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers 10 days of PTO, 401(k) with a 3% company match, and Profit Sharing.
