CFS has partnered with an established and growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and drive infrastructure-focused technology initiatives tied to construction projects and office buildouts. This position was recently created, focused on managing outsourced technology work, vendor coordination, and internal collaboration across IT and operations.
The team is ready to move quickly—interviews begin next week, and targeting a hire within the next 2–3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager
- Manage IT infrastructure for new construction buildouts (networking, AV/security systems, telecom, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support systems upgrades and new office launches
- Kick off and oversee IT projects like cloud deployments, ERP upgrades, and network enhancements
Ideal Background for the IT Project Manager:
- 3+ years of IT project management experience, particularly in infrastructure within construction or facilities projects
- Strong working knowledge of systems like cloud, networking, telecommunications, and data centers
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings is a major plus
- Proven ability to manage vendors and internal cross-functional teams
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Degree in MIS, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory
