Our clients include private equity firms, credit funds, investment banks, and law firms. We bring deep turnaround experience, a group of veteran operators, and an incentive-aligned approach to any situation. The company was founded by professionals from Alvarez & Marsal and McKinsey and has seen rapid growth for since its founding in 2017.
MERU's service offerings include transaction services, performance improvement (EBITDA/cash potential), interim management (CEO, CRO, CFO), restructuring services (liquidity management, business plan development, and review, and restructuring plan design and execution), and data insights services (data warehouse/ data lake development, data modeling, dashboarding, AI / ML expertise). MERU primarily caters to middle-market companies with $50M - $2B in annual sales and has deep relationships in the private equity and private credit communities.

As an Executive Assistant, you will partner with the MERU executive leadership team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives, providing a platform for professional growth and development.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA and is a full-time in-office position, with flexibility to work remotely from time to time.
EA Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership
EA Role Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive support role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
$70,000 - $110,000 a year
This is a representative salary range and could vary in either direction based on experience of individual candidates.

Data Insights
Work with companies at all stages of their digital transformation journey to automate reporting processes, build scalable data platforms, and leverage predictive analytics to transform data from a liability into an asset. Services include Data Discovery and Analysis, Data Prep and Integration, Self-Service Analytics, Data Visualization and Reporting, Data Science and Advanced Analytics, and Strategy Enablement.
