As we grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations, partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated client experience, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a passion for bridal fashion, a deep understanding of high-end retail service standards, and proven team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations to ensure seamless execution and high performance across all areas
- Assist in implementing and uphold elevated service standards, ensuring every customer receives a personalized shopping experience
- Drive individual and team sales through active client engagement and styling expertise
- Assist in the development and execution of client service programs to nurture long-term relationships with high-profile clientele and build a loyal customer base
- Supervise, motivate, and support store staff; assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing development to foster a strong team culture
- Share responsibility for inventory control, stock organization, merchandising standards, and adhere to operational procedures and compliance standards
- Monitor bridal and luxury retail trends, competitor activity, client preferences; providing insight that helps refine the customer experience and stay competitive
- Support the execution of visual merchandising, promotional activities, and ensure brand representation aligns with guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and delivering a service that aligns with the expectations of our Beverly Hills clientele
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of retail management experience in luxury or bridal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and support a high performing team
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Passion for bridal fashion and exceptional styling ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Flexible schedule. Including weekends, and events as needed
