Responsibilities
We’re looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents who are hungry to grow their business with consistency and support. You’ll plug into a system that’s built to scale: warm leads, backend support, expert coaching, and the power of a trusted brand. If you’re driven and coachable, we’ll help you close more deals in less time.

Qualifications
- Prospect daily and follow up with new and past leads
- Convert inbound leads into active buyers and sellers
- Conduct consultations, showings, open houses, and appointments
- Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listings
- Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage all lead activity and communication
- Leverage team-provided support to stay focused on sales
- Attend weekly trainings, accountability sessions, and team events
- Deliver a top-tier, client-first experience throughout each transaction
