THE WORKWe are seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead our Aegis Maritime IAMD Collaborator Programs, overseeing the execution of contracts valued at approximately $4B. In this key leadership role, you will:
Own top-level contract responsibility for the Aegis BMD CSEA Next and U.S. Navy Fielding & Sustainment (F&S) programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships with Aegis BMD and F&S Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), as well as U.S. Navy and MDA Acquisition and Contracting teams.
Manage the Navy’s annual Task Planning Sheet (TPS) process, ensuring accurate budget estimates for Government fiscal planning.
Lead proposal development and task order execution under the new CSEA Next IDIQ Contract, including over 20 expected Task Order proposals in the next 12 months.
Oversee the smooth transition of efforts from legacy HQ-21 and HQ-19 contracts to the CSEA Next contract, coordinating across LM Contracts, Finance, and Program Office teams.
Align MDA and Navy contracting vehicles to address cross-Government dependencies and optimize program success.
Facilitate program-wide communication to resolve challenges related to technical scope, funding, and schedules.
Coordinate and lead high-visibility customer engagements such as IWS/MDA Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly MDA Technical Reviews, and internal Tier 3 reviews.
Oversee contract deliverables and CDRLs across all efforts.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse distributed and virtual teams
• Experience managing efforts through EVM and Program Performance Management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees.
• Active Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:• Highly organized, prompt and with a proclivity for detail
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Proposal Management Experience
• Experience with a wide variety of government contracts, preferably including IDIQ contracts
• Experience with Special Access Programs and/or SAP Facilities
• The ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and bring matters/issues to successful closure.
• Preferred Experience working with U.S. Navy (specifically PEO IWS) and Missile Defense Agency as a customer.
• Ability to introduce new approaches to improve quality / reduce cost – transform processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
