The Atlantic Group has partnered with a rapidly growing investment firm in the New York City area. They have an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
-Schedule and manage demanding calendars.
-Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
-Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc.
-Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
-Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
-Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week in the office. Anticipated hours to be 9am – 6pm, however, hours may change based on team needs

-Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
-Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
-Strong ability in event planning.
-Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Education/Experience:
-3+ years of experience required.
-Bachelor’s Degree required.
-Experience within financial services strongly preferred.
-Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Previous experience with Concur preferred.
-Must have experience managing projects and workflow.
-Experience working with executives required.
