One of California's leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the company's education programs and college counselling services. This position is a fully on-site, full-time position working a schedule from
Tuesday through Friday 11 AM - 8 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The compensation range for this role is $22 - $25 an hour and is eligible for overtime pay.
What you'll do:
- Assist the Operations Manager responding to client emails, phone calls and office visits
- Support the Sales Manager in social media marketing
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive positive customer experience.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years office administrative experience
- Proven working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong social etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport and garner trust
- Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Willing and Able to work On-site Tu - F 11 AM - 8 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- Willing and Able to dress in professional attire
