Bela Brand Bat is seeking a professional and organized
Receptionist to join our team in Orlando. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a critical role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and filing
- Support other departments with general office duties as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
