We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. This role is key to maintaining project flow, communication, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, schedules, and budgets
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track project performance, analyze data, and prepare status reports
Identify and manage potential risks, providing solutions when needed
Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
