4 Corner Resources is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role is essential in managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the order fulfillment process.
Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
- Hands-on experience entering and managing customer orders in ERP or order management systems
- Background working with shipping vendors and/or warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and track delivery status
- Knowledge of preparing invoices and transactional documents
- Familiarity with registering claims (returns/damages) and issuing credit notes
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Proficiency in compiling and preparing reports (Excel or similar reporting tools)
Supply Chain Coordinator Preferred Qualifications:- Bilingual - Spanish
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Background in logistics, shipping, or the chemical industry
Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities:- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with shipping vendors and warehouse teams to ensure timely preparation, dispatch, and delivery of products.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
- Manage customer claims, including returns and damages, and issue credit notes.
- Maintain accurate records for all transactions and orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Supply Chain Coordinator Additional Details:- Location: Fully onsite (Monday- Friday) Winter Park, FL 32789
- Compensation: $50,000-55,000 (based on experience)
