We are looking for Setup Coordinator,
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement:
- Procure necessary items and coordinate with relevant teams to set up venues.
Stock Management:
- Maintain stock levels of both perishable and non-perishable items.
- Ensure timely usage of perishable items and establish a replenishment mechanism.
Venue Redecoration:
- Oversee the redecoration of venues as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotes and manage the redecoration process.
Vendor Coordination:
- Manage logistics and timelines for transporting items from vendors to venues.
- Work with the finance team to release payments for vendor services.
Item List Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive item list and provide costing details to the operations team.
- Ensure timely information provision to avoid delays in procurement processes.
