Meet the Team
As a Data/Business Analyst, you will work with Cisco Sales as the primary Stakeholders to understand the customer, account requirements and how best to efficiently support the critical needs. You will collaborate with multiple members, teams within Americas Operations Managers team to learn, understand gaps and opportunities to streamline and drive improvements while keeping customer and seller experience as priority.
Your Impact
As a Data/Business Analyst within the Commerce Operations team you will be responsible for:
- Drive in-depth intake processes to gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and data requests.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources through custom SQL, Python queries and/or Business Intelligence, Business Objects platforms.
- Data Mining, analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that support business goals, derive insights.
- Build custom reports based on seller, customer requirements to deliver on regular bases.
- Communicate data findings effectively with various types of audiences.
- Build data-driven solutions that can help influence decision-making processes.
- Find opportunities for process improvement and automation by reviewing similarities across various types of reports/data requirements.
- Work with Sales, Customer to support their operational inquiries on their critical issues.
- As part of Deal Sensing, Commit Management, collaborate with sales and operational managers within AMER team to understand the monthly/quarterly pipeline to assess operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years with Python, SQL, building queries using Power BI/Business Objects.
- 2 years of experience using Excel; Advanced proficiency in excel to build clear and informative reports.
- Ability to align data analysis with strategic objectives and transform inquiries into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge on ability to create/modify dashboards: Power Apps, SharePoint.
