As part of North America Stores Marketing, Amazon Handmade is a gated, 3P-only program that requires all sellers to apply and receive approval to list in our store. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join the Handmade team. In this role, you will drive the growth and visibility of Amazon Handmade's artisan-made products across Amazon's massive customer base. You will be responsible for creating inspiring merchandising strategies and driving traffic across Amazon's major shopping initiatives and peak shopping moments. You'll balance the art and science of merchandising – combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor to optimize product visibility, drive conversion, and create compelling shopping experiences that highlight the unique value of Handmade’s selection. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the NASM organization including Seasonal Events, Deal Moments, Merchandising, and Curation teams to deliver bar-raising customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end integration of Handmade products within NASM initiatives, with a focus on increasing ASIN visibility and implementing both strategic and tactical solutions.
- Lead seasonal merchandising strategy by curating relevant product selection and securing premium placement across key NASM seasonal events, deal moments, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing for Handmade in key Amazon platforms (e.g., Look Books, Wedding/Baby Registries) while building strategic partnerships with key partner teams.
- Optimize onsite performance through data-driven improvements to widgets and content placements, with focus on increasing impressions and conversion.
- Own performance metrics and reporting, translating data insights into actionable strategies to drive Handmade's growth and visibility across Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
