Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be Colorado-based with familiarity with Metro Denver. The position is work-from-home/remote with a requirement for one time per month in-person meeting. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including handling communications from prospects via phone and email, executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical tasks. The role requires effective phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities to support the smooth operation of the business. Candidate should be available 8AM to 5PM MT M-Fri to answer intermittent phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and G-Suite
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- 3-5 years of Experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Familiarity with Metro Denver
