Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Utilize ERP systems to extract and manipulate operational data
- Collaborate with engineering or design teams using CAD data to support product and process improvements
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience working with CAD software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in analytics or data science
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
- Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
