Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support decision-making
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
Utilize ERP systems to extract and manipulate operational data
Collaborate with engineering or design teams using CAD data to support product and process improvements
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in ERP systems
Experience working with CAD software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or additional certifications in analytics or data science
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
