Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dependable and motivated
Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Montgomery, AL. This position is essential to maintaining accurate inventory and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and container management
- Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided)
