Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all warehouse procedures are followed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and ship orders in accordance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer or scanner proficiency is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
