Warehouse Manager – E-Commerce & Wholesale Fulfillment

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes accuracy, and continuously looks for ways to improve warehouse organization and shipping efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Handle receiving of all incoming goods, inspecting and verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Implement and enforce a double-check process to ensure 100% order accuracy before packing.
- Manage and organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety.
- Lead the team in fulfilling both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale orders, ensuring proper packing and shipping standards for both channels.
- Coordinate wholesale shipments, including palletizing, freight scheduling, and compliance with retailer requirements.
- Optimize warehouse workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and overall productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages or overages.
- Ensure all shipments meet carrier, customer, and internal quality standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve fulfillment issues promptly.
- Track and report on key metrics such as order accuracy, shipping times, and team productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, with direct-to-consumer and wholesale fulfillment expertise.
- Strong organizational skills with experience optimizing warehouse layouts and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience handling receiving processes, including inspection and verification of incoming merchandise.
- Familiarity with shipping systems, inventory management software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to manage shipments through various carriers and freight partners (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LTL Freight).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of wholesale retailer shipping requirements (e.g., big box or specialty retail).
