This HIGHLY funded commercial real estate start up is reimagining self-storage—making it easier, cheaper, and friendlier through a fast-growing portfolio of tech-enabled, remotely managed facilities. Backed by top-tier investors and having just secured a MASSIVE round of funding, they’ve tripled their footprint in 18 months and are just getting started.
They’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Operations Manager to help them scale from scrappy upstart to industry leader. You’ll own the performance of their growing portfolio, build playbooks and systems to power growth, and work cross-functionally with product, finance, and vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and improve facility KPIs (occupancy, revenue, NPS, delinquency)
- Lead pricing and revenue optimization using dynamic pricing tools
- Manage vendors (maintenance, security, landscaping, etc.)
- Own operational due diligence and modeling for new acquisitions
- Oversee quality and performance of our outsourced call center
- Build dashboards, SOPs, and lightweight automation to help our lean team scale
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in ops, product, or strategy roles in real estate, proptech, logistics, or hospitality
- Excel wizard; bonus for BI tools (Looker, Tableau) or light SQL
- Strong ownership mindset—you build systems, not just manage tasks
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Think in workflows, love data, and always ask “how can this scale?”
- Based in Atlanta or open to hybrid (M–Th in-office)
Nice to Have
- Experience with revenue management or call centers
- Exposure to real estate underwriting or M&A
- Startup or venture-backed experience
