Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist (Tuesday–Thursday)
As the first point of contact for anyone walking through our doors or calling our main line, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the first impression of our company. You are the calm in the storm, the welcoming face, and the go-to person for everyday essentials that keep the office humming. Supporting our team’s in-office hours Tuesday through Thursday in this part-time position (9 AM–5 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch), we look to your organizational skills and attentiveness to keep things running smoothly. This position totals 21 paid hours/week.
Core Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Office Presence
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Receive packages and coordinate outgoing mail, including FedEx/courier needs
- Keep the reception, conference rooms, and front entry area tidy and welcoming
- Assist with setting up and cleaning after client meetings, including food and beverage coordination
Kitchen and Office Upkeep
- Load and empty the dishwasher daily
- Refill fridge with beverages and snacks as needed
- Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, utensils, etc.)
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout the day
Office Supply & Equipment Support
- Track and order basic office supplies (paper, pens, toner, etc.)
- Ensure meeting rooms are stocked and presentable
- Support shipping and receiving of computers, hardware, and equipment
- Assist with light administrative and operational tasks
AV and Facilities Support
- Ensure Zoom rooms and AV equipment are running properly
- Assist team members in basic troubleshooting (Teams, Zoom toggles, login help, etc.)
- Be present for maintenance vendors, repairs, and facilities needs as needed
Travel and Event Support
- Assist in travel arrangements and hotel bookings for visiting team members
- Support coordination and physical setup/cleanup of office events, parties, and gatherings

Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly pay: $30-40/hour, depending on experience (part-time, 21 paid hours/week)
