You are a passionate and driven Head of Product with a solid background in product strategy, development, ongoing management, and excited about leveraging data and insights to drive decisions. Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and key members of the team to define the Company's product vision and strategy.
- Establish and lead the practice of tracking the market and competitive landscape; understand trends to inform product positioning and keep the Senior Leadership Team current on shifts impacting OnMed's value proposition.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, spec out the features/functions/benefits of roadmap components, evaluate product value (desirability, viability, feasibility and impact), and drive impact management and maximization activities, including reporting.
- Act as product spokesperson across the organization to inform teams about the product vision, roadmap, timelines, and progress.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop product definitions and drive the process for evaluating market opportunities outside of OnMed's offering and roadmap.
- Own all aspects of the product development lifecycle including bill of materials (BOM) optimization and rollout, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Work closely with CEO and COO to develop and implement repeatable product delivery processes.
- Capture product requirements and acceptance criteria for new product development and work with the tech team to ensure delivery is crisp and per expectations.
- Work with the CEO and COO to manage the processes of buying, building, or partnering for product capabilities to help key stakeholders evaluate options and make decisions objectively.
- Maintain a solid understanding of regulatory requirements across target buyer markets to inform new product development and ensure appropriate levels of compliance are achieved.
- Support and enable customer facing teams including operations, marketing, and sales.
- Outline and communicate the customer and user journeys to establish a baseline and consistent understanding across the business for informed decision-making.
- Work with the CEO, CTO and Head of Engineering and data analytics partners to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Identify, drive, and support operational and scaling opportunities across the organization.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the CEO at his discretion from time to time.

- Demonstrate success in managing the product lifecycle with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance).
- Ability to translate complex business strategies into a cohesive product roadmap, and can clearly identify and articulate dependencies, risks, opportunities, timeline, resources and progress.
- Curious self-starter with a strong work ethic and executive presence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with an emphasis on accountability and collaboration.
- Strategic thinker; ability to connect solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and creatively solve problems.
- Ability to interface and effectively communicate with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and thrive in a changing environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years in product management experience in technology, consumer tech or services.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of start-up experience.
- Prior management consulting experience in product and strategy is a strong plus.
- Strong product development fundamentals with solid understand of consumer-centric experiences or products.

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $170,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
