Position Summary
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Creative team in the execution of visual merchandising strategies that align with Europerfumes’ brand portfolio and aesthetic standards. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure that visual elements across all retail environments and digital platforms are executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual merchandising planograms and schematics in support of marketing campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage the timely rollout of visuals across retail and distribution partners
- Serve as the go-to resource for field teams regarding visual merchandising tools, shipments, and guidelines
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Education teams to produce artwork, event collateral, and product displays
- Adapt and resize artwork using pre-existing creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
- Maintain oversight of visual assets across retail and e-commerce environments, ensuring compliance with usage rights and brand standards
- Liaise with the global creative team to communicate regional needs and visual asset requirements
- Manage purchase orders from creation to payment and delivery
- Support the Director of Creative and Visual Merchandising Manager with special projects and seasonal initiatives
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, creative services, or store design within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail industry
- Exceptional visual sense with a strong understanding of luxury branding and merchandising principles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience working with vendors and managing project timelines and execution
- Ability to travel as needed to oversee installations or events
- Comfort working with confidential materials and sensitive brand information
- A portfolio or samples of creative work that demonstrate a refined visual approach is strongly preferred
The expected base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 , based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee perks/discounts.
