About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing optimization of our university and workforce partner platforms. This role blends product development, client success, and operational coordination. You will oversee everything from onboarding new institutional partners and managing vendor workstreams to supporting product refreshes and reporting performance outcomes. You will be a key player in ensuring MCC consistently delivers a high-quality experience and measurable impact to our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Service Delivery
- Manage the build, implementation, and updates of partner websites and marketing materials.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee KPIs and service-level agreements tied to rentals, purchases, and delivery performance.
- Lead semesterly product refresh cycles for all institutional partners.
Client Onboarding & Launch
- Own the post-sale onboarding process with institutional clients.
- Schedule and lead kickoff calls, track project progress, and manage delivery timelines.
- Oversee launch execution, including on-campus visits, marketing deployment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain and manage internal WIP trackers and timeline alignment tools.
Performance & Reporting
- Prepare and present reports on service utilization, satisfaction metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a structured process for managing product changes and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement based on partner input.
Client Success & Customer Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for university and workforce clients.
- Supervise the customer service function and resolve escalated issues as needed.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with growth teams to expand partnership scope.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong understanding of website builds, product delivery processes, and KPI tracking.
- Exceptional communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, mission-driven environment involving frequent travel.
