Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our agency team. This role requires a motivated individual who will split their responsibilities between active client projects and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for 360 marketing programs, with a heavy emphasis on the influencer and social space, as well as a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives and social campaigns and digital media programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
- Create and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all project outputs meet the highest standards of quality and client requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Business Development Support:
- Manage the creation of pitch materials, including presentations, case studies, and visual aids, ensuring they are polished and persuasive.
- Coordinate pitch meetings, rehearsals, and follow-up activities, ensuring all deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.
- Maintain a repository of pitch materials, case studies, and templates for future use.
- Manage marketing projects in support of prospect outreach and business development.
- Research prospect leads and contact info and manage CRM input and reporting.
- Assist in the development and preparation of compelling business development pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct research on prospective clients and industry trends to inform pitch strategies and presentation content.
- Collaborate with senior team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and strategies tailored to each potential client's needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a digital production or project management role within an agency or similar environment.
- Project management certification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp).
- Familiarity with digital production processes, including web development, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with business development or sales support is highly desirable.
- Expertise with project management tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
