We're seeking an experienced
Omni Implementation Manager to join a world-renowned beauty company. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the development and implementation of innovative beauty technology and customer experiences across both online and offline channels.
You'll act as a key liaison, coordinating with cross-functional teams to launch new technology in different countries and ensure seamless global application updates. You'll need to have a deep understanding of customer journeys and be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Develop and manage rollout roadmaps, lead market kick-offs, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to keep localization activities on track.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track project progress, analyze data from dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize technology usage and strategy.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between global and local teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and brand guidelines.
- Strategic Support: Support ad-hoc local activations and help define activation plans to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Expertise: The role requires strong project management skills to handle the full lifecycle of a project, including planning, coordination, and tracking. Experience in managing rollouts and implementations is essential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with diverse teams-including brand, IT, and regional/local teams-is crucial. The candidate must be a skilled liaison and facilitator.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: A solid understanding of how to gather, analyze, and interpret data from dashboards is necessary to provide actionable insights and identify trends.
- Customer Journey Knowledge: The candidate needs a deep understanding of the customer journey in both online and offline environments to effectively manage and optimize beauty technology and services.
- Technical Aptitude: While not a technical coding role, the person should have a strong grasp of technical concepts related to beauty tech devices, applications, and data capture systems.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills are vital for leading weekly status calls, monthly reviews with zone heads, and acting as the main point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
- Localization & Global Strategy: Experience with localizing products or services for different markets and coordinating with global teams is a core requirement of this position.
