Responsibilities

Enter HQ received invoices
Sort Mail from Multiple locations
Communicate with vendors regarding payment remittance
Will set up new vendors into the system following company policy
Maintain Multiple locations licenses log and distribution
Monitor and follow-up with directors on weekly invoice approval flow
Place orders for General Managers & Directors
Track & Distribute Gift Cards to locations
Enter Executive Expense Reports
Sort, scan and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Initiate uniform transfer and intercompany
Update Weekly Price comparison and Distribute to locations
Ability to maintain and update POS items and prices

Requirements

Proven experience as data entry clerk 1-2 years
Accounts payable experience 1-2 years
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) it is must excel formulas
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Experience in Restaurant industry preferred
College Degree Preferred
