Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our wholesale business forward. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong industry relationships, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for growing accounts and managing sales processes. The Wholesale Manager will serve as a critical liaison between our sales team, operations, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution from order to delivery. This is a remote/work from home position.
Responsibilities:
- Account Development & Sales
- Actively seek out and onboard new retail accounts
- Leverage existing retailer relationships to drive growth and expand brand presence
- Support and manage wholesale sales at PGA tournaments and other key events
- Team Management
- Help oversee and support seven 1099 independent sales representatives across regions
- Provide guidance, tools, and feedback to help reps meet sales targets
- Enter and track sales representative orders and maintain an accurate Available to Sell (ATS) sheet
- Trade Show & Event Participation
- Assist in the coordination and execution of trade shows and industry events
- Represent the brand and manage wholesale interactions during events
- Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and manage wholesale email inboxes to maintain excellent communication and customer service
- Assist with embroidery proofs and stitch outs to maintain brand and product quality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale management, preferably in apparel, accessories, or a related consumer goods industry
- Existing relationships with retailers and buying teams is highly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to events, retail partners, and trade shows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing independent sales teams and supporting B2B growth strategies
- Proficiency in Excel or other tools for tracking sales and inventory is a plus
- A passion for teamwork, process improvement, and representing a growing brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
