About the Role:
We're seeking a highly reliable
Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations across our US markets, based from our
NYC office. This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming checks, invoices, and deposits; coordinate office rent payments
- Assist with key inventory and in-office storage of smaller supplies
- Oversee NYC office operations and snack orders for all US offices
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Write checks and support basic financial administration tasks
- Support office visitor access logistics and team event coordination
- Keep internal storage organized and stocked for operational needs
- Assist with the planning and execution of miscellaneous office and offsite events
- Take on other administrative or office projects as needed.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 2-5 years of office administration or operations support experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling financial documents and payments
- Tech-savvy and proactive with a "how can I help?" attitude
- Able to lift light office supplies (:20 lbs) when needed
