Dynamic NYC Real Estate Investment and Operating Company are seeking an impressive Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team. This individual's time will be divided among administrative, operational, hospitality and receptionist responsibilities-with the opportunity to take on passion projects and contribute across departments.
On the administrative side, this role will support the office, Office Manager, and Accounting Department with day-to-day operations.
On the receptionist side, this person will greet all visitors, manage all incoming and outgoing communications, maintain essential office files, and oversee daily office functions.
This role offers room for growth and will also assist our Investment Management team with their operations and workflows.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Greet visitors and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone, email, mail) promptly and accurately
Basic office management, including ordering office supplies and ensuring a neat and organized wellstocked workspace
Schedule, set up, and break down internal and external meetings
Manage the company's conference room calendars
Serve as the liaison between the office and building maintenance
Work with the Office Manager daily and assist with bigger company events
Assist the Accounting department
Assist partners with personal work, as needed
Ad-hoc projects involving HR, Investor Relations, Event Planning, Marketing & Branding and social media
Oversee building maintenance issues using Asset Essentials
Handle UPS billing and printer chargebacks
Manage DOB sign-off procedures
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of previous work experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word (PowerPoint, and Excel preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A high level of enthusiasm, energy, and creativity - A detail-oriented and adaptable happy, professional work style
Reliability, no drama, punctuality, and organization
What We Offer
Position Salary:
$70-80k
