Site Merchandiser to join our client's dynamic in-office team. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing the customer experience, driving online sales, and ensuring the brand is well-represented across the digital storefront.

Position Overview
As the Site Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining on-site merchandising strategies that enhance product discovery, support marketing initiatives, and optimize conversion. You'll manage product placement, category organization, seasonal launches, and promotional updates to ensure a compelling and consistent user journey.
Responsibilities Of The Site Merchandiser
- Own and manage the site merchandising calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and seasonal transitions.
- Ensure all product categories, collections, and homepages are visually appealing, accurate, and conversion-focused.
- Optimize product sequencing and categorization based on performance data, sell-through rates, and brand priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, Creative, and Marketing teams to support product launches and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate product tagging, descriptions, filters, and SEO-friendly content to improve product discoverability.
- Analyze merchandising KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and make data-backed recommendations.
- QA site content regularly to identify and fix merchandising errors or inconsistencies.
- Support the testing and roll-out of new site features and tools that improve customer experience.
Required Experience/Skills for the Site Merchandiser:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion/apparel.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Site Merchandiser:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.).
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for fashion and digital innovation.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
