About the role
You’ll own our social strategy, manage content creation, lead interns, and build meaningful engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll also play a key role in surfacing potential clients from our community — and get performance-based bonuses for leads that convert into business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute MBG360’s social media strategy
- Plan and maintain content calendar/ schedule
- Support and create content for MB360 including LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, stories, and reels, Youtube, and TikTok
- Edit short-form video and digital content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Handle all CX-related inquiries via social (DMs, comments, story replies)
- Lead and support a small intern team on execution
- Identify and nurture community-sourced leads
- Keep up to date on current news and trends relating to finance, fashion, and other social media trends
- Track performance metrics and adjust content accordingly
Compensation
- $63,000 base salary
- Bonus structure tied to lead generation from community engagement
