$125k - $150k + Bonus eligibility
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy Executive Assistant to directly support the Managing Partner and provide light administrative and office management support to the broader leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional Executive Assistant role into areas like real estate development and project management.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Provide project management support for real estate investments and business initiatives.
- Light personal support, including travel logistics for the Managing Partner.
- Maintain smooth office operations, including vendor management.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and operational processes for the firm.
- Ensure high levels of organization, urgency, and efficiency in all support activities.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 5 - 10 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in small finance environments (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or similar).
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
- Comfortable balancing both executive support and light office management duties.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Assistant or equivalent administrative background within small + mid-sized organizations.
- Previous exposure to real estate, project management, or operations.
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives in high-growth environments.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
