Job Summary (Project Manager

Lead and manage complex telephony, CTI, and contact center migration projects, including cloud migrations (e.g., AWS Connect, Five9), system integrations, and upgrades.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, business units, and third-party vendors throughout project lifecycles.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment across IT, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and provide post-implementation support.
Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and deliver timely updates to senior leadership.
Maintain thorough project documentation, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify process improvement opportunities.
Utilize hands-on knowledge of cloud contact center platforms (e.g., AWS Connect, Five9, Cisco UCCX/UCCE, Genesys).
Apply strong understanding of IVR, call routing, CRM integrations, and workforce optimization tools.
Employ excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Leverage experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
