Job Summary – Sr. UX Designer (Website Redesign)
- Role: Senior UX Designer (Website Redesign)
- Location: Richfield, Minnesota (onsite 3 days/week; local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end UX design solutions for a website redesign (user flows, wireframes, prototypes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer experience, digital product owners, developers, marketing)
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify pain points and propose improvements
- Write clear, engaging interface copy that enhances user experience and maintains brand consistency
- Conduct user research and usability testing (user interviews, card sorts, surveys, etc.)
- Contribute to and evolve the existing UI design system (ensure consistency, accessibility, brand guidelines)

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years’ experience as a UX Designer (6-7 years preferred)
- Local project experience (recent and relevant)
- Strong portfolio of successful UX projects
- Proficient in Figma, design systems, prototyping, low-to-high fidelity mockups
- Experience with user research and usability testing (qualitative & quantitative methods)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including UX writing
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and consistency across designs
- Self-motivated, manages multiple projects efficiently
- UX certification required

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or related industries
