About the Role
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead our internal operations across key business functions, including Compliance, Risk Management, Loan Servicing, Customer Support, and Finance. This is a strategic role where you'll be responsible for building and optimizing the operational infrastructure that ensures efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with leadership to drive execution at scale.
This role is based at our headquarters or one of our key hubs in New York City, Austin, or San Francisco. If you are not currently in one of these locations, a willingness to relocate may be required.
What You’ll Do With Us
- Oversee and optimize lending operations, ensuring smooth workflows across Compliance, Risk, Loan Servicing, Customer Support, and Finance.
- Develop and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency, improve risk management, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Partner with leadership to align operational strategies with company objectives and drive seamless execution.
- Set clear goals for each functional team, track KPIs, and ensure teams have the right data and insights to maximize impact.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

- Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally within a high-growth lending or financial services company.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in lending.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to design and refine scalable systems and processes.
