Proficiency with expense systems such as Concur, Expensify, or Workday is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Support meeting logistics, prepare materials, and handle event coordination
- Oversee administrative functions including expense reporting, office supplies, and liaising with internal departments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience in financial services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
