Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Strong writing and grammar skills to compose and proofread emails, letters, and presentations
- Strong proficiency with Excel – ability to review data and create reports
- Ability to proactively manage and coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
- Ability to troubleshoot technical or equipment issues during remote and virtual meetings
- Proven project management skills
- Analytical capabilities and attention to detail
