Position:Registered Nurse (RN)
Salary:$87,818 yearly for Full time
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Schedule:Flexible schedule
Location: Multi-sites in Delaware County - (Based in Walton, but throughout the county)
Responsibilities:The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide health care needs for people in our Day and Residential Programs.
Other Duties:
- Communicate and interpret medical reports
- Train & development specialized health care needs
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Provide training for OPWDD AMAP & G-tube
- Prepare, and execute related policies and procedures
- Flexible work schedule for unforeseen needs.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor’s degree. Registered nurses with less than a Bachelor’s degree will be considered based on previous experience.
- 2 years in the field preferred
- Valid NY Driver’s License
- OPWDD AMAP Certified, or willingness to receive
- Have working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for New York
- Must possess strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to respond well under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass our pre-employment screening
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
