Research Data Scientist Support Services

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Research Data Scientist Support Services professional in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

What You’ll Do:

• Support data science, predictive analytics, and machine-learning efforts involving healthcare, clinical, operational, and research datasets.
• Develop and apply AI/ML models and predictive algorithms.
• Support cloud-based analytics.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate analytical results.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, applied mathematics, epidemiology, or related quantitative field; bachelor’s degree with directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of data science, predictive analytics, or machine-learning experience involving healthcare, clinical, operational, or research datasets.
• Experience with AI/ML models, predictive algorithms, cloud analytics, dashboards, and communicating analytical results.
• CAC eligibility.
• Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.
