Heirloom Hospitality

Heirloom Hospitality is a Detroit-based restaurant and hospitality company that owns and operates a portfolio of restaurants and entertainment venues in Detroit and Birmingham, Michigan. Founded in 2010 by Jeremy Sasson, it has grown from a single location to four distinct brands, spanning steakhouses and fine dining.

The company's first venue, Townhouse Birmingham, opened in 2011 and was followed by Townhouse Detroit in 2015. Prime + Proper, a steakhouse, opened in 2017 and has since won Restaurant of the Year in 2019 and Steakhouse of the Year in 2021 from HOUR Detroit. Mad Nice, the most recent addition to the portfolio, opened in 2023.
